The centrifugal force generated by the disk driven by a motor or air turbine creates fine particles in a horizontal direction. The rotary disk type consistently provides easy control and uniform spraying, even with high-viscosity raw liquids, abrasive raw liquids, or raw liquids with a very high solid content. The rotary disk type can achieve up to 12,000 kg/h. 【Nozzle Type】 The pressure nozzle type converts the pressure energy from the supply pump into kinetic energy, forming liquid films and liquid threads into droplets. The two-fluid nozzle type is a device that utilizes the force of gases such as air for atomization. The nozzle is adjustable using interchangeable orifices to accommodate various operating conditions. Increased capacity can be achieved by equipping multiple nozzles in a single drying chamber.
