The twin jet nozzle is a nozzle with a two-stage atomization mechanism designed for the mass production of fine particles using a spray dryer. It enables the production of fine particle regions that were impossible with conventional atomization devices used in spray dryers. It can stably produce particles with an average particle diameter ranging from a few microns to over ten microns at a rate of several liters per hour to 1000 liters per hour.
