By using a PLC direct access controller, you can build an inexpensive, simple, and highly reliable motion network under the PLC.

The "PLC Direct Access AE-LINK Motion Controller PI Series" does not require a positioning unit for the PLC to use the NC positioning function of the AE-LINK compatible driver software. Additionally, by using the motion program on the PI side, there is no need to directly write motion-related descriptions in the ladder program, which reduces concerns about the ladder program. The motion program built into the PI is executed while accessing the PLC's data registers. Motor control is performed through operations on the PLC's data registers.
