The non-woven fabric is hydrophilized through a dry process to impart water absorption properties.
By irradiating a substrate with a low density of polar groups with corona discharge electrons in the atmosphere, polar groups are generated. As a result, the substrate's hydrophilicity is enhanced, imparting functions such as water absorption, adhesion, and coating properties. 【Evaluation Methods for Wettability】 ● User Standards ● JIS-1907 Bireck Method (Measurement of water absorption by capillary action) ● Measurement of wettability over time using a contact angle meter ● For more details, please contact Wedge Co., Ltd.
