■Sampling Inspection This is a sampling inspection based on the global inspection standard ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (formerly MIL STD 105E). The number of samples to be taken is determined according to the quality level (AQL value) required by the customer, and the pass or fail of the product is decided based on the number of defects found in that sample. ■100% Inspection In AQL and sampling inspections, it is not possible to achieve zero defective products. If it is absolutely necessary to reduce the defect rate, a 100% inspection will be conducted. Only good products will be shipped after a 100% inspection.

■Sampling Inspection - The number of samples taken for inspection is about 3% to 10% of the shipment quantity. The time and cost involved in inspection are significantly lower than conducting a full inspection. - In sampling inspection, the smaller quantity inspected carries a risk regarding the inspection results. Therefore, increasing the number of samples can help reduce that risk. - By producing good products, the inspection standards can be relaxed, and adjustments for strictness are established, incorporating methods that encourage quality improvement on the producer's side. ■Full Inspection - Conducting a full inspection incurs time and costs. For products that can be sorted through visual inspection, a nearly 100% good product rate can be expected. However, this is not recommended for products that include electrical circuits and wiring, as internal wiring issues may lead to defects after inspection due to work errors. - In full inspection, the quantity that can be shipped can be predicted from the initial results. If immediate shipment is urgent, it is more reliable than sampling inspection.
