Shan Yang Electric Co., Ltd. Kamikawa Factory is located in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. A quarter of its spacious site, which is 1.4 times the size of Tokyo Dome, has been turned into green space, making it a state-of-the-art factory that considers environmental protection with facilities for solar power generation and rainwater utilization. It has established a groundbreaking production technology called the "Induction System," enabling integrated production from product processing to assembly. In its third year of consulting implementation, we visited the factory, which is steadily producing results.
