The industrial fully automatic precision filtration system achieves automatic precision filtration of coolants used in various machining processes, which need to remove sludge that hinders machining and keep it clean. Our industrial filtration system automatically filters coolants in large volumes and with precision. Its most significant feature is that the filter is directly placed on a punching plate (net screen) and is adhered tightly due to the negative pressure generated during filtration. This allows the filter to be completely sealed, enabling easy filtration of particles down to 0.5 microns, which was previously considered impossible with conventional filtration. An ideal centralized coolant management system is employed in machining shops with many machines, where a system for centralized management of the same coolant is implemented. Our filtration system can handle thousands of liters per minute with a single unit, allowing for an ideal form of centralized coolant management by replacing traditional dirty tanks. It can also accommodate coolant filtration for various applications, such as in cutting oil, honing machines, grinding machines, polishing machines, electrical discharge machines, and wire electrical discharge machines, effectively removing particles that were previously thought to be impossible to eliminate.
