They use edible oil as a heat medium at temperatures up to 100°C under high vacuum to fry (dehydrate) agricultural products and more. The industrial fully automatic precision filtration system achieves automatic precision filtration of coolants used in various machining processes, which need to remove sludge that hinders machining and keep it clean. Our industrial filtration system automatically filters coolants in large volumes and with precision. The fully automatic precision filtration device for food uses a method that seals the filter material due to the passage resistance generated when the liquid being treated passes through the filter material, without the need for special sealing materials or strict sealing through physical actions, thanks to its fully automatic continuous filtration with an automatic winding mechanism. It detects clogging of the filter material and achieves complete unmanned automation of filter paper replacement through an automatic winding mechanism set with roll-shaped filter paper. First, it comes with three major functions that fully utilize the frying process of large and medium-sized continuous automatic filtration devices (NAFD type). 1. Filtration is performed alternately from the filtration surfaces of chambers 1 and 2, completely filtering all the passing oil. 2. A continuous debris removal strainer and filter filtration work efficiently together for effective filtration. 3. In case of filter paper winding errors or paper breaks, sensors activate and alert the alarm. Next, the fully automatic continuous circulation filtration device (MM type, L type) has two major functions that refresh the image of edible oil filtration. 1.
