basic information
Before becoming needles, the pipes are aligned in the pod section and gripped by a wide chuck. After polishing the tip in the polishing section, the burrs at the needle tip are removed in the blasting section. In the electrolysis treatment section, any minute burrs are removed, and after cleaning the needle tips, they are stacked in the needle storage case.
