At that time, with the understanding and cooperation of four manufacturers from Italy and Switzerland (FRIGGI, SU-matic, ORT, and PCM-WILLEN), we obtained the rights to be the general sales agent in Japan. Since then, based on the idea of importing and selling only those manufacturers that have distinctive features, are reliable, and can be repaired and maintained by our company, we have expanded our range of handling manufacturers to over 20. Generally, many imported products have had numerous features, but due to inadequate responses from manufacturers, many customers have regrettably stopped using them or switched to domestic products. Keeping in mind that our customers can use our products with peace of mind in their daily operations, we select our products based on the primary criterion that the manufacturers have a low incidence of problems and, if issues do arise, they provide good support.
