A high-performance low-temperature freezer floor heater that achieves safety and functionality.
It prevents the freezing around the door, which hinders the opening and closing of the thermal door and can cause malfunctions. It also prevents the freezing of the floor surface, thereby preventing slips and falls for workers and forklifts or transport equipment. In commercial low-temperature freezers, environments of -30°C and -40°C are not uncommon, but even in such harsh low-temperature conditions, safety and functionality are maintained and realized. A long history of numerous delivery records is a testament to our reliability. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

basic information
【Features】 ○ Excellent Durability → Since the heating element is made of resin, there is no metal fatigue due to repeated thermal expansion and contraction, and no deterioration from oxidation. There is very little change in material after installation, resulting in excellent durability. ○ Safe and Cost-Effective → This is a characteristic of carbon heating elements with PTC properties, but in the case of the U-v2 mat, it has a unique property where the resistance value hardly changes below 0°C. Therefore, it does not require excessive power distribution equipment, and as the temperature rises, the output is controlled, ensuring safety and efficiency without abnormal temperature increases. ○ Quick Installation → Installation is quick as it only requires spreading and securing the unit, which is packaged in rolls. The unit's lead wires to the pull box and control panel are also manufactured in bulk at the factory, eliminating the need for wiring work. ○ To ensure safe and efficient use, it is recommended to use control devices in conjunction. ○ Ideal PTC heater for floor heating. ● For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
