Detecting foreign substances and discoloration in pellets and powders with our independently developed inspection mechanism!

The pellet and powder foreign matter inspection device incorporates a uniquely developed turntable system with an image unit from Hubrain Co., Ltd. It is designed to distinguish only foreign matter without mistakenly detecting bubbles, hollow holes, or unevenness in transparent varieties of pellets, which are typically challenging. With an astonishing detection capability (detection accuracy of 16.6µm), it is also a compact type that combines an inspection box and control panel. Equipped with a standard clean unit, it is compatible with simple clean room requirements and can be installed in factories. The user-friendly operation allows for condition settings via a touch panel, and automatic inspection can be performed with the push of a single button. It is also capable of online automatic inspection through connection with an automatic sampling line. The mechanism uses suction from an ejector to collect foreign matter within the container, making it convenient for analysis and other purposes.
