The SAHD-S series hot air heater is a hot air heater that adopts the ultra-high-density heating element "HD-coil," which has obtained a basic patent. Our conventional SAH type was overwhelmingly compact compared to other similar products, but this product has further reduced the heater's external dimensions to 1/2 to 1/4 of the previous size! Additionally, by supplying compressed air and electrically heating it, stable hot air can be obtained immediately. The larger models can achieve a maximum hot air temperature of 1100°C and a continuous use temperature of 1000°C, while even the smaller models can provide hot air at 900°C. We mainly handle hot air heating heaters and light heating heaters using halogen lamps. They feature extremely high-temperature heating capabilities ranging from 800°C to 1400°C, along with being clean, safe, compact, and having excellent temperature control, making them perfectly aligned with the needs of the industrial sector in recent years and the future. Our production process is not aimed at mass production. We have developed a process that can accommodate custom specifications, even for a single unit, at low cost and with a short delivery time. However, since our personnel are kept to a minimum, there may be instances where delivery times are extended if orders overlap.
