In 2003, we introduced the ultra-precision laser processing machine "SAM," which supports high-precision laser cutting. Compared to conventional laser cutting, we have achieved higher precision in fine processing. In particular, for materials with a thickness of 1.0 mm or less, we have significantly reduced distortion caused by heat. We can accommodate a minimum thickness of 0.01 mm and a minimum slit width of 0.08 mm.
