For special shapes such as aluminum fan shapes or thin shapes that may warp during sheet metal processing, we sometimes perform engraving and cutting simultaneously using NC. As examples of our work, we have engraved 50 evenly spaced scale lines and numbers on the circumference of a disk measuring 1000π x t50 (steel material), and engraved scale lines and numbers on the top surface of a piece measuring 50 x 2600 x 6t (SS400 and aluminum).
