We provide a wide range of equipment from roll cutters to rewinders. (Equipment List) 1) Large Rewinders: 3 units Capable of slitting film, paper, adhesive paper, and non-woven fabric from a minimum width of 20mm to a maximum width of 1,300mm. Can accommodate a raw material diameter of up to 1,000mm, with a finishing diameter of up to 800mm. Adhesive materials can also be wound due to the use of silicone rolls. The rollers are Teflon-coated, allowing for processing of adhesive materials. 2) Micro Slitter: 1 unit 3) Fully Automatic High-Speed Roll Cutter (Circular Cutting): 1 unit Specializes in processing adhesive materials such as double-sided tape. The agile movement in all directions allows for speedy processing. The cut width can be adjusted in 0.1mm increments. 4) Small and Large Winding Machines: 1 unit each Specializes in small rolls of wide products, using wrinkle-removing rollers. Capable of winding in 0.1m increments, with various sizes of paper cores. Raw material set size can accommodate a diameter of 1,000mm and a width of 1,600mm. 5) Fully Automatic High-Speed Paper Tube Cutter: 2 units Can cut paper tube sizes from 1 inch to 3 inches in 0.1mm increments. Paper tube width can be set up to 1,600mm. We support slitting processing of paper, film, adhesive paper, and more.

Our company, BioDot Japan Co., Ltd., was established in February 2012 as the Japanese subsidiary of BioDot Inc. in the United States, and we have been supplying various diagnostic reagents and production equipment.
