We created a world map using material A5052, with dimensions of 15×650×1000. We focused on converting image data into CAD data and reproducing it in detail and three-dimensionally. In addition to using a φ0.3mm end mill for precise processing of details such as the Japanese archipelago, it is characterized by minimizing distortion even in such a large aluminum plate. Furthermore, we made national flags using material SUS304, with dimensions of 2.8×25×40, and within the Japanese flag, we created 150 holes of φ0.1mm to represent the Hinomaru.
