It follows with flexible and precise movements, demonstrating excellent scraping performance.
The chip scraping head cleaner NVC-H2 features a 200mm wide scraping section with a carbide chip, while the NVC-H3 has a 100mm wide scraping section. It uses a newly developed dedicated anti-vibration rubber cushion in the cushioning section, allowing it to flexibly and accurately follow the uneven surface of the belt, fully demonstrating its scraping performance. The newly developed cleaner arm varies the length between the center and both ends of the belt, reducing the pressure of the end chips on the belt and gradually increasing the pressure towards the center. For conveyors that operate in both forward and reverse directions, it can be installed on both the head and tail without any issues. The pressure application method comes standard with an automatic pressure adjustment feature, but for end users who frequently check and adjust, bolt pressure options are also available.
