High cleaning effect! Sand Clean is helpful for the working environment around sedimentation tanks.
"Sand Clean" is an air-lift sediment washing device that cleans sediment flowing into wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations. The contaminants attached to the sediment are mixed and agitated with washing balls, water, and air inside the lift pipe, enhancing the cleaning effect and reducing the odor index to below 30. Additionally, it comes with an operation panel, allowing for the washing time and frequency to be set arbitrarily according to the characteristics of the incoming sediment, enabling automatic operation. 【Features】 - Simple and compact unit structure, making it easy to secure installation space - Custom manufacturing of models for each capacity to accommodate sediment volume - Easy maintenance - Few moving parts and consumable components, making maintenance management straightforward - Agitation cleaning with washing balls based on the air lift principle *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Sun-Ei Corporation has been dedicated to "improving water environments" since its founding in 1983. In a world largely covered by water, the water environments we can engage with may be just a small part. However, water is not only a resource that supports people's lives but also the origin for all living beings and a treasure of the entire planet. For us, who specialize in the improvement of water environments, it can be said that facing water seriously while looking to the future and pouring all our efforts into our work is our mission. Moreover, fulfilling this mission sincerely can be seen as our contribution to society and the Earth. As the call for global environmental conservation grows louder, the needs for us are expected to become increasingly diverse, requiring the highest level of technical skill, rich creativity, and flexible mobility. To meet these great expectations, Sun-Ei will continue to make efforts to protect water, challenge new things, and strive for comprehensive engineering in water environment improvement.
