Corresponds to the firing process of hybrid circuits or chip resistors at temperatures of 600ºC / 900ºC. Designed with special high-temperature heaters, offering quick temperature compensation and longer lifespan. Utilizes a multi-circuit temperature controller for rapid thermal compensation and higher efficiency. Settings and control can be done via PC; manual settings and control are possible when the PC is offline. 24-hour automatic monitoring and recording. Designed with a special exhaust module (patented) that prevents carbon deposition, eliminating the need for regular cleaning and saving on the consumption of expensive high-pressure drying gas. Black deposits on the conveyor after use do not contaminate the substrates, effectively reducing the frequency of equipment downtime for maintenance.
