It is possible to apply oil only to the desired areas, significantly reducing the amount of oil used. Additionally, due to the large nozzle diameter, it can handle high-viscosity oils with high release effects that contain wax and emulsifiers, allowing for effective release with just a small amount of high-release oil. 3. It can apply evenly to the edges of lemon cake molds and molds arranged at an angle, which were previously difficult, demonstrating excellent release properties. 4. Unlike traditional methods that require a cartridge for each mold, the number of nozzles can be significantly reduced, achieving lower costs. Furthermore, it does not require masks for each mold like masking types, eliminating unnecessary expenses. Product switching is also possible without cartridge or mask changes, allowing for one-touch automatic switching. 5. Unlike masking types, it does not reuse oil left on the mask, making it very hygienic. Oil quantity adjustments can also be made according to user requests.
