This machine is a device for applying release oil to the sides and bottoms of various deep cases, such as food molds, almond molds, lemon molds, and decorative cake molds. It can also be used for shallow trays, such as flat and press trays.

1. The release agent oil pumped from the storage tank by air pressure is mixed with air using a two-fluid nozzle to apply granular oil. The supplied release agent oil and air are controlled to an electrically optimal state, and by using a custom nozzle, the dispersion of mist is minimized. Additionally, a mist collector thoroughly prevents contamination of the surrounding environment. 2. The case transport uses a belt conveyor, making it easy to clean and hygienic. The belt conveyor repeatedly stops at the mold part of the case (tact feeding) and applies oil only to the necessary parts. 3. The nozzle part is in a cassette shape, allowing for easy insertion and removal. Depending on the shape and type of the mold, it can be replaced with a nozzle cassette with a different nozzle arrangement. 4. A device for cleaning the inside of the nozzle cassette can also be installed for storage after use. 5. The storage tank is equipped with a large funnel that facilitates the supply of oil. 6. Emphasis was placed on safety and hygiene regarding food, as well as maintainability.
