Traditionally, when color-coated steel sheets are processed by pressing, the paint tends to peel off, so uncoated steel sheets are painted after pressing. However, in our color-coated steel sheet pressing process, we can directly press the color-coated steel sheets, eliminating the need for any subsequent painting processes. Additionally, this prevents issues such as "missed spots" or "uneven coating" that can easily occur in painting processes for complex-shaped products, leading to improved quality. In our color-coated steel sheet pressing, we have developed optimal paint in collaboration with material manufacturers to match the elongation of the steel with that of the paint. Furthermore, to thoroughly eliminate scratches and dirt after pressing, we have adopted a robotic line and switched to fast-drying processing oils, achieving high quality through rigorous 5S activities.
