We form high-precision patterns using metal thin films such as chromium and chromium oxide on various glass substrates (quartz, soda-lime, white board, etc.). At Equa, we provide products that feature high-precision fine patterns starting from a minimum of 1μ by directly drawing patterns using a photomask drawing device. We also accommodate mass-produced products based on photomasks. Glass substrates are cut to any desired size with high precision using dicing equipment to become products.
