Our coreless motors can be used in a wide range of fields, including semiconductor and assembly robot equipment. With the option of efficient forced air cooling and the combination of coil plates, it allows for flexible performance settings. Our linear motors are designed for flat placement, enabling direct mounting of magnets and coils to the machine's table or bed structure. This allows the driving force of the linear motor to be transmitted to the machine without loss, maintaining high responsiveness over a long period. Furthermore, the flat placement requires less space for the linear motor, allowing for a lower center of gravity in the table drive unit, which enables stable operation.
