This tendency is particularly pronounced in areas subject to external pressure, such as connector mating surfaces. - One countermeasure is → Sn reflow (melting the plating after Sn plating) ◆ Our company has introduced a partial Sn plating process and an online reflow process in the hoop line. This allows for partial Sn reflow plating in a single process. * Ni barrier plating for both Sn plating and Sn reflow plating is also possible, accommodating narrow pitches.
