The X-ray fluoroscopy device (X-ray inspection device) "FLEX-M863" combines a 1.5 million pixel CCD sensor arranged in a grid of 1500×1000 pixels, each measuring 20×20μm, with a compact micro-focus X-ray source, allowing for high-definition images with a resolution of 2μm at 10x magnification. It does not use lead except for the shielding glass. Additionally, it operates with an ultra-low power consumption of 150W, making it an environmentally friendly device.
