The "LCM100" is a next-generation conveyor developed as an alternative to belt conveyors and roller conveyors used for product transport within factories. It consists of a linear motor, slider, and controller as a single module, transporting workpieces (items) placed on the slider. The controller allows for the control of the slider's speed, stopping position, and other movements, enabling high-speed and high-precision "flexible movement." Unlike traditional conveyors that "flow" workpieces at a constant speed and in the same direction, the "LCM100" can "move" the slider with the workpieces while changing speed and direction. It can control the movement of each slider, achieving advanced transport processes that were impossible with conventional conveyors.
