Lauda's fully automatic dynamic viscosity measurement device PVS VAS In high-performance plastics, managing the viscosity number (Reduced Viscosity) is essential, and quality control of materials is conducted by understanding the polymer chain length. Lauda's dynamic viscosity measurement system can be constructed to minimize the handling of highly irritating, toxic, and corrosive solvent chemicals, contributing to the safety of operators. By establishing a fully automatic system, it is possible to automatically perform a series of operations from the automatic preparation of diluted polymer solutions, injection into viscosity tubes, viscosity measurement, to the cleaning and drying of viscosity tubes after measurement, demonstrating its effectiveness in routine work that requires efficient measurement of many samples, such as resin material evaluation for each batch.
