Measures for the roll surface - Heat-resistant materials due to proximity to the dryer (120-130°C) - Materials with release properties that are resistant to dirt adhesion and easy to clean even if dirt does adhere As a result of considering the above points, we propose to coat the roll surface with a heat-shrinkable tube made of fluororesin. By covering the roll surface with this fluororesin tube (PFA FEP) through heat shrinkage, we can provide: 1. Non-stick properties that resist dirt adhesion 2. Chemical resistance that is strong against chemicals 3. Insulation that does not conduct electricity *Installation is possible at Kamata Industrial, Gokanjima Factory. Standard sizes: φ1.5 to φ400, with a maximum length of 6000mm. Thickness options are 0.5t and 1.5t (excluding some grades). Main application examples: Rolls for various devices, OA equipment, papermaking, paper processing, film processing machines, textile machines, printing machines, general industrial machinery, insulation protection. Additionally, since static electricity can occur and charge the tube, we have also implemented measures against static electricity. This time, we installed "Non-Spark" manufactured by Achilles Corporation, which is easy to install at a low cost. It features a structure where stainless fibers are embedded in an aluminum frame, and custom sizes are available in addition to standard sizes.
