Corrosion Resistance It is not affected by strong acids, strong alkalis, or solvents. 3. Slipperiness It has low friction resistance and is very excellent, similar to other fluoropolymer-treated materials. 4. Heat Resistance It can be used continuously up to 180°C.

■Details of Processing Technology 1. This is a technology that shrinks a fluororesin tube using hot air at approximately 400°C for lining (coating). 2. It can be processed not only on metal rolls but also on rolls lined with rubber or resin. However, the surface of the base material may be affected by the heat during the shrinkage process. 3. On-site installation is also possible. For large rolls, lifting with a crane or similar equipment is required. 4. If expansion and contraction are needed along with the material, it is possible to bond the base material and the tube during lining using special techniques. 5. There are two tube thicknesses available: 0.5 mm and 1.5 mm. You can select based on application and lifespan considerations. 6. Although sizes are limited, it is also possible to line conductive tubes. Standard products are non-conductive. ■Precautions If the operating temperature exceeds 80°C, adhesion may decrease, and the tube may shift. As a countermeasure, it may be necessary to mechanically secure both ends of the tube with flanges or similar, so please consult us. The surface irregularities of the material will be reflected on the surface after coating, so please be cautious.
