It is ideal for radiant heating of electronic components and precision machine parts that require high quality, as well as for heat treatment of reel materials and pipe materials.
The RAV type opens and closes the front side doors to facilitate the loading and unloading of workpieces, making it easy to operate. It is a compact system that integrates a heating furnace, cooling device, and vacuum equipment. After reducing pressure with a vacuum pump, clean atmosphere gas is introduced for heating, allowing for more complete air replacement in the furnace in a shorter time, while significantly saving on purge gas usage! It uses gas atmospheres such as hydrogen, nitrogen, and argon, and ensures a uniform temperature distribution through hot air circulation.
