Thermal's continuous furnaces have a proven track record of several hundred units both domestically and internationally, and they are active in various fields. By treating stainless steel in a reducing atmosphere (hydrogen, hydrogen + nitrogen, ammonia decomposition gas), even slight surface oxides can be reduced, allowing for a bright (shiny silver-white) finish. Although hydrogen-based gases are used, safety devices are installed to ensure safe operation. We conduct experiments and prototypes of product samples and propose optimal conditions. ◆ Features of Thermal's Stainless Steel Bright Heat Treatment Furnace ◆ - By treating stainless steel in a reducing atmosphere, even trace amounts of surface oxides can be reduced, enabling bright treatment. Additionally, an optional atmosphere circulation cooling mechanism (rapid cooling mechanism) can be equipped. - Unlike vacuum furnaces, there is no evaporation or deposition of chromium, resulting in shorter heating times and faster cooling times, which leads to excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. 【We also accept contract processing using this equipment installed at our Nasu factory (Tochigi Prefecture).】

We offer two types: horizontal (straight type) and inclined (humpback type). 【Horizontal (Straight Type)】 The entrance to the exit is straight, making it suitable mainly for processing long items (pipes, round bars, etc.). It can handle items of any length. (In extreme cases, endless processing is also possible.) 【Inclined (Humpback Type)】 This type is mainly designed for processing pressed parts and small components.
