This is a simplified and energy-efficient bell-type bright annealing furnace based on European industrial furnace technology. It uses gas atmospheres such as hydrogen, nitrogen, and argon, and the temperature distribution is within ±5℃ due to hot air circulation! The heating, holding, and cooling times can be reduced by 30%. It allows for uniform annealing, with no variations in hardness, grain size, or tensile strength, resulting in excellent drawability.

First, the inside of the bell is evacuated to create a vacuum, and the rolling oil attached to the product is degreased while simultaneously purging the air inside the furnace. Then, a protective gas with good thermal conductivity (100% H2 or H2 + N2) is introduced and stirred rapidly with an extremely powerful fan. Additionally, by finely adjusting the heating and cooling rates, the desired grain structure can be easily obtained.
