In factories that manufacture detergents and floor wax, chemical hoses are used for transporting raw materials and additives. Rubber chemical hoses are heavy and have a large minimum bend radius (poor flexibility), making them difficult to handle. Issues: 1. The need to replace hoses depending on the transported material (fluid) creates a significant workload with heavy hoses. 2. When not in use, it is preferable to store them as compactly as possible. 3. It would be helpful if the type of fluid could be easily identified at a glance.

We propose a composite chemical hose that is laminated with resin film and reinforced with specially shaped spiral wire on both the inner and outer surfaces. Points: 1. It is approximately 20% to 40% lighter and easier to handle compared to rubber chemical hoses. 2. The minimum bending radius is about 1/3 that of rubber hoses, allowing for compact storage. 3. Originally intended for hose type identification, the outer layer can be made from PVC-coated fabric or polypropylene fabric in colors such as red, orange, blue, green, and silver. In this case, we will customize it to color-code the outer skin by fluid type for easy recognition at a glance. 4. It has excellent static electricity countermeasures (as the inner and outer wires are connected to the fittings at both ends, ensuring electrical conductivity) and is strong against repeated bending, enhancing safety. It can be safely used for transporting highly flammable fluids such as organic solvents and fuels. 5. If the hose body is damaged, the connecting fittings can be reused. They can be retrieved and reattached to a new hose for continued use. (*However, due to the special hose shape, all connecting fittings must be specialized products. We offer a variety of options including flanges, quick couplers, screws, and helical fittings.)
