There was a concern that insects could enter through the opening where the conveyor line, which transports finished cardboard packaging to the shipping area, penetrates the wall and enters the warehouse. Issues: 1. Pest control measures must be implemented. 2. Due to ventilation, there is always a negative pressure. We want to minimize this condition as much as possible.

basic information
When the products are not flowing, the sheet shutter blocks the opening to prevent the intrusion of wind and insects (automated by sensors). When the products are flowing, an air curtain is proposed to prevent the entry of flying insects. Points: 1. To create a gap where the sheet shutter descends, the existing conveyor is shortened, and a shorter conveyor is added. 2. When products are flowing, the sheet shutter is designed to roll up by sending signals picked up by the upstream sensor to the controller of the sheet shutter for control. A timer is also used to synchronize the timing. 3. A control panel is created to ensure that the air curtain operates when the sheet shutter is rolled up, linking the two systems. 4. To eliminate gaps when the shutter is closed, covers are installed around the moving parts and the frame. 5. A rodent guard is installed at the bottom of the opening to prevent walking insects and other pests from entering from below.
