【Flow and Features of the Sheet Metal Factory】 ○ Drawing Management → All drawings are managed as electronic files. ○ 3D Development → Developed using 3D data / Converted to 2D data for three-dimensional development. → After development, interior drawings are created and managed as electronic files. ○ Programming → Program management is done at the part level. ○ Sheet Processing (NC Processing) → One machine is a standalone unit, and two unmanned lines can operate 24 hours. → Monthly production capacity is approximately 500 tons. → Materials include pickled and surface-treated steel plates, stainless steel, etc. → Thickness ranges from t0.6 to t25.0 (SUSt15.0). → Sizes can go up to 5x10 (1,524x3,048). ○ Sheet Processing (Others) → Set press / Press / Corner shear. ○ Bending Processing → Press brake → 9 units. → Processing size from t0.6 to t9.0, bending length up to 3,000. ○ Spot Welding → 5 spot welding machines (35–50 kVA). ○ Welding → By using robotic welding for pre-processing and performing processing during assembly welding, processing time is reduced. ○ Completion → Finished products can be temporarily stored in a warehouse. → All inspections are conducted within the process. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
