We propose a method to suppress dust using a mist curtain that utilizes the weight of the mist. By using 'WinMist,' which combines a high-volume fan with a special mist nozzle ring, we can spray fine mist throughout a large working space. After testing with two units under a lease agreement, we confirmed the suppression effect of the mist, but there were issues with the range of effectiveness. Since the most expensive pump for generating mist can supply two fans with just one unit, we re-proposed a combination of two pumps and four fans. We also provided a cost comparison between continuing the lease agreement and making a bulk purchase. Key Points: 1. The effectiveness of dust dispersion prevention using the mist curtain was confirmed through actual use. 2. A price comparison was conducted between leasing and bulk purchasing. 3. We were able to propose the appropriate number of units and installation locations based on the results of the test introduction.
