"Eureka" is a simulation software that supports all types of NC machining. It is compatible not only with 3-axis milling machines and turning machines but also with multi-axis machines. It can detect interference between all components such as spindles, tables, turrets, jigs, workpieces, and holders, as well as machine limit overs. Additionally, it can accurately reproduce operations without the need for customization if using common CNC controllers (such as FANUC, SIEMENS, HEIDENHAIN, etc.). It allows for real-time simulation while checking various errors such as material removal, rapid feed collisions, and interference with product models and jigs.

Features of "Eureka" ■ Optimization of Manufacturing Time It enables the detection and removal of errors, calculates the minimum tool length to avoid interference between the tool holder and material, and creates reports analyzing machining processes and time. Real-time correction of NC codes is also possible, allowing simulation to resume without restarting. ■ Accurate Result Analysis Dimension analysis of processed materials, such as diameter, thickness, and distance, can be easily performed. It is also possible to compare the shape of the processed material with the product CAD data, and to check for over-cutting or under-cutting of the material in a 3D view. ■ Support for Complex Axis Control Machines It accommodates complex axis control, including simultaneous 5-axis machining on different spindles and workpieces, as well as compound machining. ■ Tool Data Management System Interface Machining paths, tools, materials, product models, and jigs can be transferred from your CAM to Eureka for management.
