This is a leaf spring type coupling that uses lightweight, high-strength high-tensile aluminum alloy for the clamp hub, offering high torsional rigidity and responsiveness. We provide a double element type with flexible characteristics by arranging elements in a double configuration through a spacer, as well as a high-rigidity single element type. **Features** - **Ultra Low Inertia** The outer diameter shape of the clamp hub is linked to the hole diameter, allowing for a smaller outer diameter with smaller hole diameters, thus minimizing inertia to the necessary minimum. There are three shape types based on hole diameter combinations. - **Easy, Reliable, No Backlash** The connection with the shaft uses a clamp method, allowing installation to be completed by simply tightening one bolt on each side. The clamp hub is resistant to vibration and impact, ensuring a secure connection, and power transmission occurs entirely through friction coupling, resulting in no backlash. The clamp hubs on both sides of the coupling are aligned using a dedicated tool to ensure concentricity. - **Heat Insulation** The element uses stainless steel leaf springs, making it difficult for heat from the servo motor to transfer to the driven shaft side, thereby reducing variations in precision due to thermal expansion. - **Taper Shaft Compatibility** By attaching an optional taper adapter to the taper shaft of the servo motor, fastening with the clamp hub is possible. - **Custom Length Specification (SFC DA2 Type)** The overall length can be specified to match the required shaft spacing.
