The material is made of fluororubber (bipolymer type), which excels in heat resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, and weather resistance, and also has high hardness, making it capable of withstanding pressure. Before JIS B2401:2012 defined it as FKM-90, it did not belong to any official standards.
