From general-purpose to ultra-high strength, including special processing and custom-made options, we propose specifications that are optimal for your application.
Kobe Equipment handles a wide range of products, including general rubber products, ultra-high tear-resistant Heliur packing, duct shoots made with high tear-resistant silicone, and urethane molded products. In addition to standard sizes, we also offer custom-made production tailored to special processing and shapes (such as square, round, and flange types). 【Products We Handle】 ◆ High Tear-Resistant Silicone "High Tear-Resistant Silicone" is a product that maintains the excellent characteristics of conventional silicone while improving the tear strength, which was its weak point. ◆ US Heliur Packing This is a Heliur packing that has significantly improved tear strength based on ultra-high tear-resistant silicone (US silicone). *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
【Product Details】 ◆High Tear-Resistant Silicone Silicone products possess excellent properties in terms of heat resistance and chemical resistance. However, they were inferior in tear strength compared to natural rubber (approximately 10KN/m to 15KN/m). "High Tear-Resistant Silicone" is a product that enhances the tear strength, which was a weakness, while maintaining the excellent properties of conventional silicone. - Approximately 3 to 4 times the strength compared to general-purpose silicone - Achieves a lifespan 5 to 10 times longer - Complies with food hygiene tests according to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 85 (Revised Notification No. 201) ◆US Sanitary Gasket This is a sanitary gasket that significantly improves tear strength based on ultra-high tear-resistant silicone (US silicone). - Tear strength is about 5 times that of standard products - Good sliding properties (low friction coefficient) and non-stick - An optimal product that fully meets the durability and safety required for sanitary gaskets in food and pharmaceutical plants with frequent maintenance - Complies with food hygiene tests according to Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 85 (Revised Notification No. 201) Various standard sizes and colors (ivory, green, blue, red, etc.) are available, so please consult us. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
