This is a table-type coating device (table coater work cell) designed for small-batch, multi-variety applications in moisture-proof coating of implementation substrates, capable of continuous mid-coating in a constant speed range with simple image capture. It is easy to add a two-axis motion mechanism for rotation and tilt centered on the nozzle tip of the coating gun within the XYZ three-axis operating area (optional). Furthermore, it can also accommodate coatings of materials that require strict temperature management on the target substrate (optional). It enables precise spray coating or film coating at designated positions, allowing for uniform batch production coating. By equipping it with Shimada Appli's FS-type micro spray gun, micro spray gun for fine line coating, and high-speed film coating gun, it can accurately coat only the necessary areas, achieving maskless application. Additionally, the device structure allows for electrostatic coating with the installation of Shimada Appli's micro electrostatic spray gun.

Table Coater This coating system allows for the selection of a coating application that enables uniform application at specified locations, even with solvent-based, water-based, and high-viscosity solvent-free materials. The system design is capable of fully demonstrating the performance of functional materials that require thin film applications of less than 1 micron and film formation of several tens of microns.
