A spray application device that allows for the application of undiluted coating material without causing stringing phenomena.

When using a solvent-based adhesive material with a high molecular weight at a high concentration, the coating liquid that comes out of the nozzle at the tip of the spray gun does not become mist-like but instead takes on a thread-like appearance (stringiness). The causes include insufficient dissolving power of the diluent thinner in the coating liquid and a rapid evaporation rate of the solvent after spraying. This phenomenon is particularly likely to occur when the nozzle diameter of the spray gun is small. The spray application device developed this time provides a spray application system that is less prone to stringiness and clogging, even when using high-viscosity liquid coating materials such as concentrated solutions. This spray application device consists of a spray gun equipped with an outlet that atomizes the liquid coating material and a generator that supplies solvent mist fog air. (Patent pending) This application device sprays the coating material discharged from the spray gun using solvent mist fog air, which atomizes the coating material during the process. Therefore, even when using a high-viscosity concentrated solution as the liquid coating material, the mist fog air of this device can prevent the occurrence of stringiness in advance.

This is a spray gun capable of applying stable thin films of 50 nanometers or less with lines narrower than 2 mm.

The FSCC06 selective spray coater's application gun, which can be disassembled and assembled without the need for tools, is used in the coating field as an application valve capable of applying liquid materials with a viscosity of 1500 centipoise or less. By utilizing this valve and its screw extension, the micro spray EX valve atomizes the material into extremely fine particles, forming application patterns of less than 2 mm in width.

The special valve mechanism system allows for the application of conformal coating materials without liquid dripping and enables the atomization or line spraying of moisture-proof insulating materials with a diameter of 2mm or less in a short time with a high-speed response. It has shown its effectiveness particularly in the application of VOC-compliant water-based conformal coating materials. The application of water-based conformal coating materials had previously faced challenges such as bubbles and long drying times. However, with the development of a star-shaped nozzle, bubble-free film application has become possible, achieving high atomization performance. Additionally, the significant increase in non-blurring after application has led to a reduction in drying time (2 to 5 minutes at room temperature, though this varies with film thickness). The application gun is a tool-less disassembly and assembly FS-type micro spray gun designed for thin film application, equipped with the new star-shaped nozzle and a high-durability needle necessary for dot spraying, and operates through a dedicated stitch timer system. This is a coating gun that can automatically change the application width from 1mm to 10mm instantly, designed for selective coating (patent pending). The FSCC07 selective spray coater features a coating valve that automatically adjusts the specified application width in conjunction with an automatic width adjustment device. By pre-setting the material viscosity, corresponding liquid pressure, desired application width, and other parameters, the system automatically selects the desired application width for each coated surface. The combination of the automatic width adjustment device and the FSCC07 valve is essential, and it works most effectively when matched with our table coater. Solvent-based adhesives and moisture-proof materials with a viscosity of 1000 centipoise can be applied in their concentrated form without dilution, significantly reducing drying time and preventing stringing.
