A revolutionary spray system that allows for the thin film spraying of water-based materials and high to medium viscosity solvent-based adhesives without clogging or stringing, enabling selective partial application.
The newly developed FSCC06 Select Spray Gun can achieve stable film formation of 10 to 70 μm with low discharge amounts, particularly for water-based emulsion materials that are prone to clogging and medium-viscosity solvent-based materials, without any clogging or stringing. It is also capable of precise application of water-based materials with film thickness around 20 μm using a specified location coating method, which allows for a reduction in drying time comparable to that of solvent-based coating materials. This revolutionary spray system can form films without issues, even with materials that typically pose problems with foaming. The adoption of a newly developed nozzle mechanism has enabled stable micro-particle application of water-based coating materials, while also allowing for edge coating (patent pending). The existing water-based moisture-proof insulating materials have not been widely adopted in the substrate industry, where VOC compliance is required, due to issues such as splattering of the application liquid, foaming, and excessive drying time when applied using existing film coatings or air sprays. To address these problems, the FSCC06 Select Spray Coater was born. Water-based materials have been continuously cited as a solution for VOC-compliant materials that maintain the same quality and productivity as conventional solvent-based coatings, but progress had been slow due to the aforementioned issues. However, with the development of this new system, it is expected that the transition and repurposing of water-based materials will become more substantial, as it significantly contributes not only to quality maintenance but also to safety, health, and environmental improvements.

Coating of thin films with a width of 2 mm or less can be applied to uneven surfaces. This spray dispenser allows for easy thin film application on wavy or uneven surfaces with a narrow spray pattern width of 2 mm or less. It is a groundbreaking method that enables the formation of thin films with hard coating materials over 100 centipoise, which was not achievable with inkjet technology.

Marking with white paint of 1000 centipoise. Marking is possible with a spray pattern of 5mm width even with marking paint that has a viscosity of 1000 centipoise. It can be sprayed instantly without liquid clogging for bat marking or positioning marking. As shown in the photo, white paint is applied in one coat with a film thickness of over 25 microns, which is necessary for concealment.
