FSCC07 Selective Spray Coater with instant automatic variable coating width.

This is a coating gun that can automatically change the application width from 1mm to 10mm instantly, designed for selective coating (patent pending). The FSCC07 selective spray coater features a coating valve that automatically adjusts the specified application width in conjunction with an automatic width adjustment device. By pre-setting the material viscosity, corresponding liquid pressure, desired application width, and other parameters, the system automatically selects the desired application width for each coated surface. The combination of the automatic width adjustment device and the FSCC07 valve is essential, and it works most effectively when matched with our table coater. Solvent-based adhesives and moisture-proof materials with a viscosity of 1000 centipoise can be applied in their concentrated form without dilution, significantly reducing drying time and preventing stringing.
