This is a coating valve for a circulation-type coating liquid that can form a precise and high-speed film-like pattern without sedimentation, even with filler-containing materials under 100 CPS. It allows for stripe coating, limited coating, and even swirl spraying. A revolutionary spray system that allows for the thin film spraying of water-based materials and high to medium viscosity solvent-based adhesives without clogging or stringing, enabling selective partial application.

The newly developed FSCC06 Select Spray Gun can achieve stable film formation of 10 to 70 μm with low discharge amounts, particularly for water-based emulsion materials that are prone to clogging and medium-viscosity solvent-based materials, without any clogging or stringing. It is also capable of precise application of water-based materials with film thickness around 20 μm using a specified location coating method, which allows for a reduction in drying time comparable to that of solvent-based coating materials. FSCC07 Selective Spray Coater with instant automatic variable coating width.

This is a coating gun that can automatically change the application width from 1mm to 10mm instantly, designed for selective coating (patent pending). The FSCC07 selective spray coater features a coating valve that automatically adjusts the specified application width in conjunction with an automatic width adjustment device. By pre-setting the material viscosity, corresponding liquid pressure, desired application width, and other parameters, the system automatically selects the desired application width for each coated surface. The combination of the automatic width adjustment device and the FSCC07 valve is essential, and it works most effectively when matched with our table coater. Solvent-based adhesives and moisture-proof materials with a viscosity of 1000 centipoise can be applied in their concentrated form without dilution, significantly reducing drying time and preventing stringing. The liquid-contact part of the valve is designed for easy disassembly.

This is a table-type coating device (table coater work cell) designed for small-batch, multi-variety applications in moisture-proof coating of implementation substrates, capable of continuous mid-coating in a constant speed range with simple image capture.
