Generally, low-pressure casting of aluminum is divided into three processes: 1. Melting of ingots in melting equipment 2. Transportation of the molten metal 3. Holding, pressurizing, and casting in holding furnaces and casting machines. Due to this, low-pressure casting requires multiple large-scale facilities, and the frequent contact with air has led to issues with the quality of cast products and a high amount of aluminum loss. Additionally, it was not suitable for small-scale production, such as "casting only the necessary amount when needed."
