From the input of ingots to the casting of products, all in one equipment.
A compact low-pressure casting system packaged as proposed by Aluander. Realizing a casting method based on the concept of "easy and small quantities / high quality and low cost"! * Packaging of the casting process It is possible to carry out everything from the loading of ingots to the casting of products with a single piece of equipment. This not only reduces contact with air but also eliminates the need for transporting molten metal, allowing for operations with fewer personnel. * Compact and space-saving Achieving a compact design suitable for installation in narrow spaces and for high-quality casting in small quantities. It also allows for lower equipment costs. * Flexible layout Compact design and pitless type. Compared to conventional equipment, it is easier to move, accommodating various layouts.

basic information
Generally, low-pressure casting of aluminum is divided into three processes: 1. Melting of ingots in melting equipment 2. Transportation of the molten metal 3. Holding, pressurizing, and casting in holding furnaces and casting machines. Due to this, low-pressure casting requires multiple large-scale facilities, and the frequent contact with air has led to issues with the quality of cast products and a high amount of aluminum loss. Additionally, it was not suitable for small-scale production, such as "casting only the necessary amount when needed." To address these challenges, Tounetsu has newly developed a casting method called "SPAC," based on the concept of "easy, small quantities / high quality, low cost."
