**Business Overview** ○ Plastic mold design and manufacturing (mass production molds) → We specialize in exterior parts, conduct 3D modeling in-house, and focus on mirror polishing. ○ Prototype mold manufacturing → Simple molds using shared die sets, with cavities and cores processed from aluminum alloy (die-casting duralumin). → Ideal for when small sample products are needed. ○ Component processing support → Machining: High-speed direct engraving of mold parts (cavities, core slides, etc.) using V33. → Capable of processing with a minimum cutter diameter of φ0.05. → Finishing (polishing), electrical discharge machining, and wire cutting are also available after machining. ○ Mold manufacturing → Mirror processing: Used when creating molds for plated products or transparent acrylic items. → High-precision processing Achieving machining accuracy with dimensional tolerances of 0.01 to 0.05 levels through fine processing.
