The Sub-Zero device manufactured by Taiyo Nikkasen uses liquefied nitrogen (-196°C) as its main cooling source and is a rapid freezing and cooling system that can achieve an internal temperature of -120°C within 10 minutes. It significantly shortens the pre-cooling time before use compared to mechanical refrigeration systems. Since it directly uses the cooling source, there are no compressors or heat exchangers required, resulting in a simple structure. Additionally, we offer a wide range of options to meet customer requests and budgets.
